I just got back from shooting Aralia and Patrick’s wedding in Trinidad and Tobago. I have SO MANY videos, photos and stories to share with you. So I’m going to spread them out over several episodes. In the meantime I’m going to get some rest because I’m a little jet-lagged, and I’m hopping on a plane to San Francisco tomorrow morning for a belated Valentine’s getaway with Barbara and also to go to my friend Gene Higa’s birthday party. Lot’s of fresh new footage on the way so stay tuned…

THE BIG PICTURE - Episode 82 - Reruns Part VII - WPPI - Fast Track Blogger’s Lounge Preview
Dane Sanders and The Bui Brothers did a phenomenal job putting together the Fast Track Blogger’s Lounge at WPPI this year. It was definitely a hit! The lounge was equipped with comfortable bean bags provided by Lovesac, free wifi provided by WPPI, and even snacks and refreshments. Photographers seemed to really enjoy having a place to go where they could kickback, surf the web, and blog straight from the tradeshow floor. This year WPPI was held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and the convention center there was pretty far away from the hotel rooms making the lounge a perfect solution for photographers who needed to take a break without having to walk 15 minutes to there room. I had a great time hanging out there myself and really enjoyed interviewing photographers for THE BIG PICTURE. Thank you Dane, Lan and Vu for letting me be a part of it!
