One of the things I like most about traveling is trying new foods. I’m always interested in trying the local cuisine, whatever that might be. I’ll eat just about anything, and I like just about everything! Shooting Aralia and Patrick’s wedding in Trinidad and Tobago was such a unique and truly authentic experience. Steel drums music, palm trees, crystal clear water, delicious food, driving on the left side of the road..;) SO MUCH FUN! And the food was like the best bonus ever. I tried, Bake and Shark, Curry Crab and Dumplings, and Roti. Confused? Watch the video…

- - another confession....I liked the flavor...but couldn't handle the hairy claws. Confession #2..Aaron swallowed a whole chicken bone while devouring roti. Confession # 3 I don't eat seafood or like seafood. BUT I would eat it all again...Trini's know how to do it right!

- - I'm with you Barb...their hairy little legs freak me out. But, oddly enough I absolutely love Dungeness Crab. I really enjoyed watching Aaron play with his food!
